Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Job Opening – California
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic anesthesia care team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing safe and effective anesthesia services across a variety of clinical settings and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves working collaboratively with gastroenterologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for patients. Travel throughout our California clinics is required for this position.
Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted CRNA certification and California RN license (required)

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (required)

Strong clinical expertise in a range of anesthesia techniques, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments, including patient medical history and physical examinations

Develop individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with the surgical and medical team

Administer anesthesia and monitor patients intraoperatively to ensure safety and comfort

Provide post-anesthesia care and manage pain control and recovery

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

Respond to emergency situations with prompt, decisive clinical judgment

Participate in ongoing professional education and stay current with advancements in anesthesia practices and technologies

Travel between clinic locations as required to meet patient and procedural needs
Skills

Proficient in anesthesia-related pharmacology, physiology, and monitoring techniques

Skilled in airway management and regional anesthesia procedures

Strong understanding of patient safety protocols and anesthesia equipment operation

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced clinical environments
