GenStar Clinical was founded on a simple yet revolutionary idea: healthcare should move to the patient, not the other way around. Inspired by the growing disparities in GI care access and the limitations of traditional hospital-based models, our team of clinicians, technologists, and strategists set out to build a mobile gastroenterology service that combines medical precision with logistical agility. Today, GenStar Clinical stands as a leader in portable GI diagnostics and treatment, operating from purpose-built mobile clinics staffed by a world-class team of gastroenterologists,  certified nurse anesthetists (CRNAs), certified registered nurses (RNs) and surgical technicians.

Our organization is driven by a vision of healthcare that is scalable, sustainable, and socially responsible. We specialize in interventional endoscopy—a minimally invasive approach that uses flexible tubes to diagnose and treat a wide range of GI disorders, from acid reflux and Barrett’s esophagus to colon cancer and pancreatic diseases. By eliminating the need for patients to travel to distant facilities, we reduce logistical burdens on individuals while cutting costs for healthcare systems. Our on-site team handles everything from patient prep and charting to procedure execution and post-care follow-ups, ensuring seamless, comprehensive care in a single visit.
